Accommodation Deposit
A deposit of one night’s tariff per room is required to secure a room booking and must accompany the registration form. No accommodation booking will be accepted unless accompanied by a deposit. Delegates must settle the balance of their account on checkout.

Hotel Cancellations and Refunds
Unless notification of cancellation is received in writing thirty days prior to booking commencement date, the accommodation deposit will be forfeited in all instances. This is a condition set by all hotels on conference group bookings.

Check In Time
The standard check in time at hotels is 2.00pm onwards. If a room is required prior to this time, the Conference Office should be advised. Hotels may otherwise charge an additional day’s fee.

Check Out Time
The standard check out time at hotels is 10.00am.
