GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL PRESENTATIONS

•  A written abstract must be submitted for each proposed category, regardless of category.

•  The language of the Conference is English. All abstracts must be written in English and must be either submitted online.

•  The author presenting the paper must register to attend the Conference and be available to participate in the programme at the time scheduled.

•  Each prospective presenter may submit a maximum of three abstracts for consideration.

•  All abstracts will be reviewed. Selection will be based on the abstract's clarity, compliance with requirements and likely interest to delegates from a variety of countries. All selection decisions are final.

•  All presentations during the Conference must cover the same content and follow the same outline as that described in the abstract. Exceptions will be allowed only with the written permission of the Chair of the Scientific Programme Committee.

•  To ensure the highest possible presentation standards at the Conference, only data and video projection systems will be available. Overhead projectors and 35mm slide projectors will NOT be available unless by special request. All rooms will be equipped with a lectern, microphone, laptop computer, data projector and screen. An audio-visual requirements form will be sent to all those whose abstracts are accepted for presentation.

•  Abstracts for all accepted presentations will be included in the Conference proceedings. Written papers containing the full text of presentations will NOT be required.

•  In keeping with Conference policy, no honorarium, fee or payment of expenses will be provided for presentations.
