Registration Entitlements
The full registration fee entitles conference delegates to the following:
• Attendance at all conference sessions and trade exhibition
• Attendance at the Welcome Reception
• Lunch, Morning and Afternoon teas on Conference days
• Delegate pack, with final program
The day registration fee entitles congress delegates to the following:
• Attendance at all conference sessions on the day you have registered and trade exhibition
• Lunch, Morning and Afternoon teas on day you have registered
• Delegate pack, with final program
The Accompanying Persons fee entitles partners to the following:
• Attendance to the trade exhibition
• Lunch, Morning and Afternoon teas
• Attendance at the Welcome Reception
(Please note the Accompanying Person fee does not entitle the partner to conference sessions, or Conference Dinner)
Acknowledgement of Registration
All registrations will be acknowledged by email (where possible) with confirmation of requirements
according to the submitted registration form and upon receipt of full payment. The registration form
attached is an approved Tax Invoice by the Australian Tax Office.
Payment
Full payment must accompany registration forms, with cheques/bank drafts made payable to
International Private Practitioners Association Conference 2005. Please print the delegates name and
organisation on the back of cheques and bank drafts. Accepted credit cards are Mastercard, Visa,
Bankcard, American Express and Diners.
International bank drafts and transfers made payable to IPPA 2005 and should include all bank charges.
Please note all prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods and Services Tax
(GST). Payments made over the Internet are to a secure site.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations received in writing by Wednesday 24 August will be accepted and fees refunded less $100
administration fee. Cancellations after this date cannot be accepted, however transfer of registration to
another person will be accepted. All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Office.
